Brown your 2 lbs of hamburger in the dutch oven over medium heat. Drain or remove any excess grease you may have from the meat.
Add in the one yellow onion until translucent. Season the meat and onion mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
Into your dutch oven add the rest of the ingredients. 2 can of drained dark red kidney beans, 2 cans of condensed tomato soup, 1 16 oz jar of salsa, 2 15 oz cans of diced tomatoes or 1 quart jar of home canned tomatoes, 1 TBS. of Worcestershire sauce and 1 tsp of chili powder
( add more for extra spice).
Simmer on the stove at low/med with the lid on until heated through. That usually takes about 20 minutes. You may also leave it simmering on low until it is time to serve the chili.
Garnish your dump chili recipe with a few of your favorite toppings – sour cream, avocado and a few cilantro leaves. Serve up with a delicious side and ENJOY!
