Spring Home Tour

March 25, 2026 by Davee Kilian Leave a Comment

A simple Spring home is a beautiful way to decorate. This vintage farmhouse Spring home tour is timeless, affordable and very simply done.

This year I wanted to create a very simple and inviting Spring home. The Spring home was decorated with pieces that are used year after year, second hand finds and things found in nature. You can read my Affordable Spring Home Decor Ideas if you want more details.

Spring Home ~ Living Area

In my main living space I kept it very neutral and simple. Adding some vintage block print pillow covers, faux tulips and some babies breath are the low key touches. The yellow flowers on the coffee table were simply what was left from a Walmart bouquet that was purchased a few weeks prior.

With decor, I do not change everything out for each season. I simply swap out a few different items or add some pieces in to work with the decor I already have.

I did find these lovely art prints of a cottage garden and pasture off Etsy that I put into some free frames. Adding more artwork into my home has been something I’m enjoying.

On the other side of our living room is our piano. A touch of faux tulips and some cut branches from our backyard trees are an affordable touch for my Spring home.

The three wire baskets recieved a very minimal change with some babies breath and a thrifted water-color painting.

Kitchen

This area is always my favorite to decorate. It’s such a bright and cheery farmhouse kitchen that I love spending time in.

There are, again, some faux tulips scattered throughout the space. Using fresh tulips, however, is such a lovely touch and a nice pop of color, but my garden tulips won’t be ready until end of April.

There were a few more colorful touches for Spring with some tea towels that were gifts. Farm fresh eggs and some banana cake ready to be eaten by my kiddos, are very practical ways to decorate.

My coffee station area always gets a cute basket with the faux white tulips. A pitcher of whatever flower my husband (or myself) bought and some practical pieces hang on the accordian rack.

Thanks for visiting my Spring home! Use what you have and keep it simple is what I try to say.

Blessings,

Davee
