Cheeseburger pizza
Cheeseburger pizza tastes like a delicious cheeseburger with all the toppings. The sauces, pickles, meat and cheese create a pizza that will be a crowd pleaser and will be a staple in your families meal plan rotation.

For pizza crust
- 2½ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 2½ tsp dry active yeast
- ¾ cup warm water around 105 °F
- 2 TBS olive oil
- 2 TBS cane sugar
- 1 tsp salt I like Redmond Real salt
For pizza toppings
- 1 cup hamburger ground, can do more or less if desired
- ⅓ cup pickles chopped
- 2 TBS ketchup
- 2 TBS mustard yellow
- 2 TBS mayonaise
- ¼ cup onion yellow, diced
- ¼ cup mushrooms chopped, optional
- 2 cups cheese shredded, I like white cheddar
For Crust
In a stand mixer with hook attachment combine the flour, sugar warm water, yeast, olive oil and salt. Mix about 4-5 minutes until dough has formed a ball on the dough hook.
Remove bowl from mixer and cover with a towel for 1 hour.
When dough has risen, shape into crust on your pan of size. Make sure pan is greased or use parchment paper.
For Pizza
Preheat oven to 450 °F.
On the crust spread the ketchup, mustard and mayonaise. Add the rest of your toppings; ground beef, pickles, onion, mushrooms and cheese.
Bake in the 450 °F oven for 15 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
Slice your pizza and enjoy!
- Make sure to add enough sauce. There is nothing worse than a dry pizza.
- This pizza can be made to each ones liking. Add extra meat, take off the onions, put on more pickles, etc.
- Do not over bake the pizza. The crust can get dry and the cheese too hard if it is over done.
